Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 8pm.
All orders are shipped VIA USPS within the US ONLY.
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will email the tracking information when shipped. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail or Standard Shipping will not have tracking numbers.

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges Policy
How To Return An Item:
Simply email primedecaldesigns@gmail.com to request a refund or set up a return and we will assist you.
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
We guarantee if the product is lost or damaged in transit we will send another free of charge. We are not responsible for damage from improper installation.
